In only its sixth season, the IIT soccer program is attracting the notice of premier youth soccer organizations in the Chicago area. The IIT Scarlet Hawks have been bringing in outstanding players such as Graeme Port (pictured at left), and though defeated in their final game, the Hawks can still look back with pride on a season which saw their first ever win of the Men's Soccer CCAC League Championship. Because of these outstanding recent performances, the team now competes beyond its conference with schools such as Northwestern and Drexel, among others.
